Archives on Tape

What is the easiest way to find the user that is restoring a archived file from tape?

I see the jobs running frrom the backup server but it only tells me what .CAB file is being restored. I would like to know which end user is trying to restore that file. Thanks

    The resource affect should be negligible.  The db will grow overtime but If it gets too big you can just truncate it.

    I dont, Thanks for pointing me in the right direction. Is it resource intensive? database get large?
