Archiving email messages older than a specific date

Does anyone know if there is a way to archive all emails enterprise wide older than a specific date i.e. December 31st 2017 backwards? I'm on Enteprise Vault 12.3 with Exchange 2013.

    Hi there,

    I may be wrong, but this is not possible as far as I know. With email data, EV can archive items based on age/size/type and/or mailbox quota threshold. If you look at the age option, EV calculates the age of an email beginning the time it is received or sent. There is no possibility to archive emails based on a given date.
