Archiving report not generating

Hi all, my archiving reporting seems to have stopped working

I am trying to generate a Run Now archiving report, but it isn't appearing in the Reports directory

I assume this is a default location, and can't be changed? I've looked for info on the subject and come up blank

I don't have any blockages in any MSMQ's either

 

Any ideas ?

  • Thanks for the follow up Rob. I deleted the archiving task and created a new one. This problem resolved thereafter

  • What version and service pack of Enterprise Vault are you running?

     

    Have you done a dtrace of the archiving task to confirm that the task is starting to process?

    Try to reboot the EV Server and then try to generate Report and checked into the Report Directory.

    If you recreated the task, that will create a new set of queues. Make sure you don't have any messages in the old A1, A6 queues, otherwise you will have users with pending items in their mailboxes (A1) or shortcuts not being updated correctly in the archives (A6) if you have "Move Items" enabled in the mailbox policy.
