Attachments Missing from Archived items
Hi All
EV 7 SP2
Windows Server 2003
Exchange 2008
Well the problem is since we migrated from exchange 2003 to 2008 it appears that the attachments in our archived items has disappeared and are replaced with the properties of the attachments at the bottom of the email. If I open up the email account on the EV server it also does not give me any issues
Tried recreating the Outlook Profile and reinstall the client
Only one user in the company does not have the issue.
Any ideas?

- If the client version is EV 7.0 then you may not have installed the custom forms properly for automatic distribution to all users. There is a section on how to do this in the installation and configuration help file on the EV server which would be worth checking. I don't have an EV 7.0 help file available so I can't point you to exactly the right page but it was called something like "deploying the forms." You can install the forms locally too, but it would be best to install them so that they are automatically downloaded by Outlook when someone selects or opens an archived item
