Can't enable mailboxes in Exchange 2007
Hello,
I have EV 8.01 and Exchange 2007 sp1. When I choose the option menú -> Enable Mailboxes show me (when I select "All avaiable mailboxes") "No mailboxes found"
The Exchange Mailbox Archiving Task for (My Exchange Server) and Exchange Provisioning Task for (my domain) are running, without errors.
How I'm able to view that mailboxes?
And I don't view nothing at Archives -> Exchange Mailbox It is normal? No archiving nothing?
Thanks, and sorry for my poor English.
Bye.

- Hi there,
Have you configured the Provisioing Groups (Target > Exchange > Domain > Provisioning Group)?
Having done/selected a specific set of users, run the Provisioning Tasks (Enterprise Vault Servers > Tasks). This collects the data from AD. This normally runs twice a day.
In case you've not selected that mailboxes are enabled for archiving immediately, you ned to use the "enalbe mailbox wizard".
Hope this are three good pointers for you to get going.
Jochen.
