Change enabled user to a different rentention category
Hello all
I have 2 retention categories. When i enabled a user's mailbox for archiving, i picked the wrong rentention category for it. How do i change the retention policy of an enabled user using EV Admin Console? Please let me know. Thank you.
- The way I would do it is export users archive to PST, disable the user through the wizard in the VAC, delete the users archive, re-enable the user and choose the correct retention then import the PST in to the users new archive
