Critical errors keep showing up 41289, 41291, 41259, 41008
Need some answers to the following error messages after exchange server upgrade to 2013. Evault ahs not run properly for over 2 weeks. Any help will do thanks.
Version: Evault 10.0.4.1333
OS: Server 2008 R2
Mail: Exchange 2013
41289 | It is more than 1 days since the journal mailbox was scanned for items to archive. Last scan: Never |

New items will not be archived from this journal mailbox. Mail is not being archived from the journal mailbox. There is likely to be a build up of unarchived mail. The unarchived mail cannot be searched for regulatory compliance requirements purposes. The problem is most likely to be that Enterprise Vault cannot access Exchange Server or the journal mailbox. |
41291 | It is more than 2 days since any archive-enabled mailboxes on Exchange Server were scanned for new archive eligible items. Date of last scan: Never |

Mail is not being archived from the mailboxes. There is likely to be a build up of unarchived mail that will increase the mailbox sizes. The unarchived mail is not available to discovery applications. The problem is most likely to be that Enterprise Vault cannot access Exchange Server. |

Example symptoms: archive-pending items remain in mailboxes, leading to calls to your Help Desk from users; store sizes do not decrease, even though items have been archived. There may be a problem with backups or replication. |
