DCOM was unable to communicate, requested by W3WP

Hello Forum,

I'm receiving Event ID 10028 (DCOM) randomly throughout the day:

DCOM was unable to communicate with the computer evserver1.domain.com using any of the configured protocols; requested by PID     cbb0 (C:\Windows\SysWOW64\inetsrv\w3wp.exe).

1. The source server and destination service are one in the same.
2. Firewall is disabled on the server as well.
3. "Enable Distributed COM on this computer" is checked. "Enable COM Internet Services on this computer" is not.
4. The user listed on each event is different, so I'm not sure if that's relevant. But it is not the VSA calling this action. It appears to be regular users.

Any further hlep would be appreciated.
