Disarchive email box

Good morning,

is there a way to unarchive all emails saved in an email box? I mean an authomatic way, not  manually. Thanks

    Hi there,

    it depends on what exactly you try to achieve but basically the export wizard within the vac should be your way to go. You can choose what to export, just keep in mind that when the user deleted a shortcut and the item is still available within the archive, it will also get recreated in the users mailbox. The following kb article gives you some further details where to start, the rest is pretty straigthforward. (Even though the article is for export into pst)

    After performing a export back into the users mailbox you could create a search folder for the message class IPM.Note.EnterpriseVault.Shortcut in addition to make sure that all shortcuts have been replaced by original items.
