Disconnected from report server message in Enterprise Vault

I am attempting to become familiar with this after the lead support individual has left our organization.  I have a user that gets the error message "Disconnected from report server" when she clicks on the "Report" icon in Enterprise Vault.  Has anyone else experienced this issue?
