Editing the Welcome Message for Exchange Mailbox Archiving to include attachments

Hi,

We are using EV 11.0.1 CHF5 on VCS 6.1.

We have enabled the Welcome Message to be sent to all users who have had their mailboxes enabled for archiving.

However, instead of having a detailed textual format about Enterprise Vault, we have created a PPT. The same PPT has been attached to the Welcome Message, but we do not see the attachments going to the Users.

Is there something we are missing?

    Hello,

    I am not sure this is possible, but do you perhaps have the option to put the ppt on an intranetsite, and include a link in the message? as workaround.

      Gertjan's suggestion would also save space in the mailbox :)
