Enterprise vault 12.3.0.1365

As you've probably discovered, every version of EV is not tested with every version of Exchange.

The very best is to:

a/ Read the forums

b/ Test it in a lab.

We are faced with an issue with Evault 12.3.0.1365 with Outlook 365 (ver1808) on Windows 10 desktop.

In short after a simple email search, clicking 1,2, 3 items recovered and trying to open it, Outlook crashes without error messages.  It's systematic.

I didn't see similar issue and hotfix.

Any idea ?
