Enterprise Vault can't be loaded

Recently, I upgrade my office to 2013 version. but now, I found Enterprise Vault not loading with runtime error.Capture.PNG

Attach the shotscreen FYI. I changed the load behavior value to 3.

how i can get this to work?

    What version of the client are you using? Anything in the event logs or EV client logs? If a simple resetevclient or uninstall/reinstall doesn't work, you may need to open a case with symantec

    Hello Liu,

    FYI, I run Office2013 with EV ADD-in 10.0.4.1189, works fine.

    Many thanks Gert. I also running 10.0.4.1189. I try some other PC, it worked well. I think someting wrong with my PC.
