Enterprise Vault indexing grouping

I have two index grouping each one contain two enterprise vault servers for indexing.

each group only one server is indexing and the other is not running.

i have no errors in event viewer or in Dtrace logs.

PS the servers was working normally before grouping

    when you say index server group, by design both should be able to do the indexing unless one server is intentionally not added to associated vault store group

    your issue is that one server is not indexing in the index server group or something else?

    I’ve done exactly this before. Upgrade exchange as planned, access to vaults will continue to function as they are today. If you do an in place upgrade of EV it should be pretty easy.
