Enterprise vault Monitoring database fail during restoration on SQL 2008R2 to SQL 2012

Hi Team,

I'm trying to move database old SQL server to new SQL server below is my SQL version.

Old SQL Server: SQL 2008 R2

New SQL Server: SQL 2012

First I took fullback of databases and move backed up data to new SQL I'm able to restore all database instead of "EnterpriseVaultMonitoring" database which is not restoring data it's going till 100% of restoration and falling down.

I'm attaching screenshot please give me any suggestion for the same.

    Hi Pravin,

    The error doesn’t look straight forward. “Event id 928, During upgrade, database raised exception 601, severity 12, state, address 00007FFCE4E0910D” and this mostly likely because of SQL server binary, configuration issue rather than databse problem. You can try taking a fresh setup of backup from SQL 2008 server then try restoring to new 2k12 server. If the problem remain same, you can post your question in MS forum/support for potential answers.
