Enterprise Vault properties tab "Enterprise Vault is currently unavailable".
Hi,
I seem to be having a problem accessing the Enterprise Vault properties page. The message I'm receiving is "Enterprise Vault is currently unavailable". Everything else is working properly.
follow the post Enterprise Vault 6 sp3 Properties using Windows 2000 w/ Outlook 2000 | VOX and in the cliente machine event log there is no DCOM event, all computers are joined to the domain and Exchange 2019 does not use RCP over HTTP but MAPI over HTTP.
Does does stop work? (When we stop installing OWA Extensions in the CAS server)
Or I have a problem?
What can I check?

does client has proxy(reverse proxy) , load balancer ,in the picture.I remember I faced such an issue for a client (but nothing was working under outlook addins ).
are you able to access URL from browser?
if you have fiddler (web traffic debugger) run it at background and open the outlook and see what it will give you.I hope you get something from it.
