Enterprise Vault Reporting Configuration : Deployment Error

Hi all

I have problem when try use enterprise vault reporting, i have already install the Enterprise Vault Reporting Feature, but when i tried to open the Enterprise vault reporting configuration, and then fill the domain, username and password and click configure, i have error look like this one

i also check to technote “Troubleshooting Enterprise Vault Reporting” at http://www.veritas.com/docs/TECH51288. but no solution, and i found article that's error same like me https://www.veritas.com/support/en_US/article.100000735, but also no solution, i have log error (file attach)

someone please help me solve this problem, many thanks for your attention and help

    Hello,

    A quick glance shows: Error: Exception occured while getting MSRS 2005 info.Message:Error code: RSNotIntalled

    From where are you running the installation of the reports? If from the EV server, I advise to run it on the SQL reporting server itself. Just attach the ISO (or load the cd), and then start setup. When started, select reports. should work.

      I install the report on SQL server, also all SQL Reporting Service is running
