Enterprise Vault Search inconsistent results

Hi All,

We had complained from our user that Vault results were inconsistent, and we check that it is true.

Explain with example:

Displayname.:  USER 1
Email:                user1@ourdomain.com

User 1 send mail to our mailbox and we archive. When searching for all mail sent by user 1 in a specific time interval, we get 2 different results

If search message sent from “USER 1” we get 1 result

If search message sent from “user1@ourdomain.com” we get 0 result

 

Any ideias?
