Enterprise Vault "Search Vaults" only works as administrator

Question

Hello,I am currently installing Office 2016 on a few Terminal Servers running Windows Server 2019 and I am not able to make Enterprise Vault 14.1.1 work. Everything in the menu works, exept the "Search Vaults" - Button. Pressing it doesn't do anything as a normal user. No error message or warning at all. usually an access denied error.
Probably permissions or firewall.
Have you checked all requirements?

Thanks for your reply! I have only upgraded our machines from Office 2013 to Office 2016, though the error only affects Terminal Servers. On our clients with Windows 10, everything works flawlessly. Nevertheless, where can I find the requirements?

try the link you posted but open the pdf file, I find it much easier to follow. (right top corner &gt; PDF Symbol)
Check if anything is missing.
