Enterprise Vault Server Migration Scenario

Hi Tech Folks,

 

I need to upgrage two enterprise vault servers running 8.0.2 on different enterprise vault servers. I need to migrate both ev servers to one in 64 bit server with 10.0.4 version. is it possible to migrate both servers to one. one server is using for exchange archiving and other used for file server archiving. please share your thoughts.
