Enterprise Vault shortcut link
hello,
We are implementing EV 14.2 with exchange server 2019 for archiving. We are creating a custom shortcut for outlook, including link to the archived item (URL), when we try to open the URL locally (internal network) it works fine. but what should we do in order to access the link to the archived items externally (via internet). here is an example of a shortcut for archived mail:
