    Hi - I'm not in the Melbourne area but I was until recently, the Canadian Enterprise Vault Product Specialist at Symantec Canada with considerable experience in soluiton design work, deployments, etc., across North America.  Currently I am doing contact engagements with E.V.
     
    Anything I can do to help out here?  Any specific questions you currently have?
