Enterprise Virtual Vault Error in Outlook 2016

hi all,

today, I installed Microsft Nov. security pack, after reboot, my outlook 2016 could not open archived email. do you know which pack has affected EV client like below?

  • Hi Alex,

    we can confirm this issue on a Outlook 2016 installation with add-in 12.2.1 currently trying to bring this down. I'll update when I do have anything new.

        Hi Virgil,

        no it seems to be a new issue after installing a recent office update. The keys are already in place. I've compared two systems one with the updates from 14th of november and on withouth. Both having version 12.2.1. 

        The one working:

        It might be related to KB4011262 but tests are still ongoing.
