Hi Alex,
we can confirm this issue on a Outlook 2016 installation with add-in 12.2.1 currently trying to bring this down. I'll update when I do have anything new.

You mean to say the issue persists after upgrading the EV Outlook Add-in to 12.2.1?
If so, what happens if you put the registry keys in place?

no it seems to be a new issue after installing a recent office update. The keys are already in place. I've compared two systems one with the updates from 14th of november and on withouth. Both having version 12.2.1.
