When user click on the "Enterprise Vault Search" at lotus notes client, where can get the value of "LotusDomain" and "server". Are the EV reading from lotus domino personal document field "Domain" and "Server" ? Or the value is stored at the Enterprise Vault Server.

The values you are referring to are to:

These are stored in a profile document in the users mail file.

The values are synchronized with the values in SQL during the provisioning task run.
I suspect you are having an issue. But before you try to modify anything perhaps you could provide a little more information regarding your issue.
