error getonlineattachmentfilesize 0x8000ffff

Hello Im and it supporter and need help to solve som Evterprise vault software fail. One of my customers are trying to acces a archived maild but when se cloicks on the link and opens internet explorer she get the error: getonlineattachmentfilesize 0x8000ffff

so how to solwe the problem I alredy tryed tu run the cmd reset software (resetclient).

    Wired the user reports it's working now maby the cmd repaire worked.

    Is this for one archived mail, or all?

    Is this for one user, or all?

    Which version (and service pack) of EV are you using?

    Which version (and service pack) of Windows is used on the client?

    Which version (and service pack) of Office is used on the client?

    Do you have PSTDisableGrow set in the environment?
