Ev 10 Role based admin on particular Vault Store

Hi!

I am wondering if I can use Role based administration tool with EV and give set of users access to particular vault Store?

I have 4 vault Stores and need to give some users minimum access and only to one Vault Store and no access to users archives.

This set of users will not have ability to grant any access to archives.

    Roles aren't restricted to vault stores, they are system wide.

    What kinda or role are you looking to assign?  What is your use case?

    Hi!

    In this case company has policy that admins from particular country can administer only information belongs to this country. It will be Vault store dedicated for user;s archives from this country.

    Also they have to be prohibited to manipulate with user's archives permissions in order to avoid search other users archives.

    Hello Vlad2010,

    You can acheive your objective by going through Authorization Manager and create your own Role Definition as per your requirement by specifying Tasks and Operations.

    We assisted customer in customizing Role Definition as per their requirement but it needs to do a lot of tweaking to meet the exact requirement.

    Hope this will give you atleast a start to work on building your own custom definition.
