Apologies, it is not in the resource kit. It is in the Pre and Post Sales Tools.
Once you log in, click Product/Solution Pages in the left column. Then in the right column under Product pages click Enterprise Vault.

Log into symiq for partners. You will find it in the archiving resource kit.

you can also go to your channel manager who should be be able to direct you to all the partner resources
