EV 11 with exchange 2013 SP1 archiving issues

We got EV 11 and stand alone exchange 2013 SP1 (Recently upgraded from Exchange 2010 sp3)

Outlook (2007-2013) users with plugin have no issues with archives

Below are two concerns we are facing as of now

OWA 2013 with mail app enabled give below error after 2-5 mintues (the attempt to retrieve the item for viewing timed out)

Same issues are witl Outlook 2013 Users who do not have plugin

It prompts for creds thereafter it keeps on loading and fails with timeout error

 

Post upgradation and migration of exchange, we moved all the mailbox to Exchange 2013

After moving VSA and System Mailbox. Tasks are no longer running. They still fail with old annoyance of permissions. Where as we ensured all the required privileges are in place

including where we need to explicitely provide exchange 2013 version as such.

we even tried with newer system mailbox. But no luck

 

VAS is able to open system mailbox from outlook 

 

Anyone who are with similar environment?

    Could you share the Event ID and description from Symantec Enterprise Vault Event log.

    One of more common issues ability for vsa to make the create profiles using https and autodiscover OMA or OWA retrievals need to make connection back to exchange from the EV server. With your mbx task in a failed state its no surprise OWA2013 fails. Thus restores and archiving wont work too. Run dtrace Set verbose logging for the below processes agentclientbroker, archivetask, and evexchangewebservicesproxy Restart the task and when it fails post the dtrace logs here.
