EV Add-in version for Outlook 2013 on Windows 7 onwards ?

Gentlemen,

appreciate your patience and advice:

We're in the first tentative steps to upgrade from Exchange 2007 and Outlook 2007 to Exchange 2013, Outlook 2013 and Office 2013.

We currently use EV Server version 10.0.3 and Add-in version 10.0.3.1169.

There are no plans to upgrade the EV Server, yet, but clearly we'll need a new Add-in for Outlook 2013.

 

I've looked in the latest Compatability Chart, but it didn't list the exact Add-in Version (ie like...10.0.3.1169 above).

Please could you advise on the correct Add-in Version for Outlook 2013, running on WIndows-7 onwards (32-bit and 64-bit machines) and anything else that might smooth the journey for us ?

    if you upgrade to EV 11 you'll get Outlook 2013 support on the EV server. you'll need to at least upgrade to 10.0.4 if you plan on archiving from Exchange 2013 CU2 or later.

    as rob said, you can also reference the compatiblity charts for all this.

    You can use the EV 11 add-in with server version 10. You can get the latest 11 add-in this this hotfix. Download and mount the ISO: https://support.symantec.com/en_US/article.TECH230560.html
