We created Mailbox Policy:
*Do not Delete original item after archiving
*Do not Create shorcut to archived item after archiving
Above was Untick under Archiving Actions
Symantec_Enterprise_Vault_11_0_1_CHF5
Is there a way to fixed this? As we are trying to hide from user the archive mail.
Do we need something to tweek on SQL side?

Hi Ton,
I believe what you are seeing is the Pending shortcut item (see attached) while the archiving is taking place. Can you confirm?
Also, can you confirm the Safety copies setting on the Vault stores is set to remove safety copies immediately after archiving?

Hi there,
Simulated this in my Lab and while the archiving runs the emails' icon will change to archive pending state and then, once the archiving is complete, it is changed back to a normal email envelope.
If you really want to ensure users do not see the icons change, I would suggest that you run the archiving during the night.
