EV Calendar archive

 
We have EV 14.2.3 and Outook2016. We have recently enabled Calendar archive with Attachment Stripping and facing the below issue 
 
If we strip attachment, the end user can’t open the attachment due to an error – but it works fine if you open OWA or use the Evault client,

Is this some sort of a known issue / bug  ?

    Hello Kamal,

    The error seems to indicate there is no network connectivity in Outlook. Is Outlook perhaps in offline mode? Is the add-in active (somewhere in File, Options, add-ins). The fact that you can open the attachment using other ways means EV itself is working.
