EV Can not find users

user1 already archive email by ev before,,but someone disabled the user1 email from exchange, Now i re-enabled user1's email,,  then i try the ev archive  ,it's error : your are not enable for enterpriser vault ....i want to enable it ,but can not found user1 by ev.

i check the user1 in ad and exchange ,it's enabled now . and not hide.   SO how to enable user1 archive by ev?

    Hi mate,

    Did you verify the user is added to a provisioning group and ran the provisioning task? 

    I assume the user was never disabled in EV, so no need to re-enable it. 

    Let us know the status.

    you can also not enable a user if his Exchange quota is already exceeded.
