ev.cloud integration of exchange web services of Microsoft Office 365

hi,

 

when i am trying to configure symantec EV.Cloud to Microsoft Office 365 for archiving i am getting the following error,

 

 

i followed the instruction given in the help file provided in the admin link. anybody can help to fix this issue.

    Thanks for your update.

    the issue is got resloved after adding podxxxxxpsh.domainname.com.

    then the problem got resolved.
