EV export Issue

Hello Team,

I am not able to export user PST from EV 10.0.1................User have more than 16000 thousand items but it get failed once it reach to 1885 items.

    Hello Team,

    now I am facing issue again but this time error is diffrent

    Event ID 6609

    Description :- pst file access error occured

    after 6609 ,  6769 is generated..

     

    ===========

     

    Troubleshotting :-

    Rebooted EV server

    Increase Cache to 40GB.

    Tried Limit for pst size 1500mb

    You really need to post the text of the errors.  It can vary greatly from issue to issue...
