EV export Issue

Hello Team,

I am not able to export user PST from EV 10.0.1................User have more than 16000 thousand items but it get failed once it reach to 1885 items.

  • Hello Team,

    now I am facing issue again but this time error is diffrent

    Event ID 6609

    Description :- pst file access error occured

    after 6609 ,  6769 is generated..

     

    ===========

     

    Troubleshotting :-

    Rebooted EV server

    Increase Cache to 40GB.

    Tried Limit for pst size 1500mb  

     

     

     

     

  • You really need to post the text of the errors.  It can vary greatly from issue to issue...
