EV latest version running on premise. Any option to provide thick clients in mobile devices

Hi Guys,

We are running EV latest version running on premise. Any option to provide thick clients in mobile devices.

Our end users are not satisfied with opening the archive via iphone safari and andriod google chrome browsers.

They are saying after a phone is restarted they would need to enter their username email address and the password everytime which is annoying.

Any pointers on this.

    One option is to publish IMAP access to the user's archives. This will allow the users to interact with the archive as though it were an IMAP mailbox, using their preferred mail app.

      Thanks for the response, sounds a good plan.

      Can you confirm if  based on  IMAP policy we can restrict only few users to  configure imap and not everyone

        You can enable IMAP access for only those users you want to have it.
