EV with Office 365

Hello Team,

Can we implement EV with office 365 users. If yes ? What's the process If No , Do we have any alternative .

  • Just some additional things to consider: when you mostly have O365 users and only few on-premise users you might want to have a look at EV.cloud. It could also be a solution for your needs. You would have to consider legal regulations if you are allowed to store journal mails in "the cloud".
  • Yes thanks look Good. I have a couple of question.

    1) What is the requirement , We have around 500 users on office 365 , We want to apply journal archiving also for all.

    2) Someone is recommending Sharepoint What's your thought please suggest.

  • Hello dineshnegi,

    1) you would have to set up Journaling for Office365. If you have a on premise Exchange I would be lazy and send all Mail from O365 to the Journaling Address of your on Premise Exchange it will be picked up by the Journal-Archiving functionality of your on premise EV-Exchange Setup.

If you want to make it nice and shiny use the SMTP Journaling functionality of EV, I personally never did any setup with the SMTP journaling but there might be guys here that can help you.

    2) Sharepoint Archiving is great now in EV. It integrates smoothly into the Sharepoint landscape!

    Cheers,

    Holger
