EV10 Retention category question
Hi,
In EV 10 for example when we first setup the system the retension category was set to "Forever"
Archived lots of mails and files under FSA using retebntion category "Forever"
How we decided to change that same retention category to 7 years.
What will happen to the items that were already arhcived using "Forever" settings? Will they stay on that category or new settings will be effective for old items as well?

Hi,
They will get deleted (excluding items on legal hold, if any)
In your case anything > 7 years would then be deleted on the next expiry run.
