Event ID 5125, Creation of the basket by the shopping service failed error

Hi,

 

I cannot solve problem, that I got with Vault. We cannot restore any archived items from any mailbox. Event ID shows me information like that:

IMO, it is something with permission to access folders under Shopping. If I deleted myusername folder, the new one have not been created whan I tried to restore items.

Can you explain to me who exactly and what kiind of permmision shoud have granted to Shoping directory ?
