EVORT tool download?

Anyone know if "Enterprise Vault (EV) Outlook Web Access (OWA) Report Tool" is a 'free' download, or is it only supplied by support?

Als referenced as EVORT.

See for instance http://seer.entsupport.symantec.com/docs/355200.htm for what this tool does.

    Its intersting, I would like to have a copy of it as we face some EVOWA issues.

    very interesting. i'd like to see this tool in action. it seems like every time we upgrade the OWA extensions something else has to be tweaked to get it to function. this would really come in handy if it works!

    I will check with Support what the current "vehicle" is.  I'm fairly sure it's a free download....

    rob, were you able to find this out? i see the EVORT tool referenced in technotes but nothing about how to obtain it

    I'll check again tomorrow.   It will be "free" as far as I understand, but I'm not sure it's ready to roll out the door yet.

    looks like the permissions need to be fixed or the file isnt there. i'm getting "Your client is not allowed to access this object or our servers may be momentarily busy. Please try again later." when i try to download the files.
