EVS customise columns for all folders

Hi everyone

Using Enterprise Vault 12.4 and though like the EVS search, frustrated with a couple of things.

The main one having to manually show the Retention and Folder columns for EACH folder individually.
This is quite laborious when you have many folders and need to check the retention is correct.
Am I missing something or is ths just a limitaion of EVS.

Is there a better way to change the retention if end users have moved the stubs wrong within Outlook.

Using Managed Folders only.

Secondly, now that Basket is removed, how do you select all items from a search? Not licensed for DA.
