any kind of help to bring back the EV agent back online again would be greatly appreciated.

  • What version of EV are you on?
Aren't you on EV10? cos it looks like you're running a version of EV8 for the FSA PHS?

  • Did you upgrade the phs?? And is it still throwing that error stating 8 sp4??
  • what PHS ?

I have already upgraded the agent since I saw the error message that the FSA agent was still on 8.0.4, now I am still wondering why the Clustered Resource EV agent cannopt be bring back online again safely ?

Because when I tried to bring it online again it failover the whole server and still in error state.

  • well I have upgraded them both into v9.0.4.R1 but somehow it doesn;t work until now and everytime I tried to start the EV FSA clustered service, it bring the whole server down.

  • Ok, so in this case I'll have to manually install and reconfigure the FSA in both nodes.

because the push installation doesn't work somehow.
