Folder is visible through Archive Explorer (EV) but not visible through outlook/webmail (exchange). Usually its the other way around. Anyone else have this issue?

Typically the user has just deleted the folder and shortcuts out of Exchange. That would explain what you are seeing.
Have you checked the Recover Deleted Items via Outlook to see if there is anything in there?
The folder dissapeared a long time ago, we have only know about this issue a few days ago so its not possible to use the Recover Deleted Items as it only holds deleted items for 10 days as per the policy.
We might have to try a folder restore from Backup Exec.
Is it really an issue though? because I would expect that to be fairly common?
For the client, yes its a problem.
