FSA Archiving - How to remove Offline "O" attributes
Trying to archive file which has extended attribute "O" set and therefore EV trating them as Placeholder shortcut although they are not.
How can we remove "O" attributes? EVEARemovalUtility doesn't remove "O" attributes. Does it?

According to this thread there is a utility called FSAFixOfflineFile.exe you can get from support
