Hello, we have an idea to allow the 1st line support disabling mailbox to release EV licenses. Is it possible to grant permissions in EV 10.0.4 only to Mailbox management features and it would be great to allow only disabling mailboxes. What is the best way to grant the minimum set of permissions? Thanks.
You'll have to use the authorization Manager. In VAC, logged in with VSA, you rightclick the directory, check authorixation manager. check the roles. there might be one applicable.
