HTTP-Only Outlook Addin Portuguese version

is there a portuguese version for EV HTTP-Only outlook addin?

Yup!
You just need to install two small files in order for it to be supported, they get placed in the webapp directories, they don't replace any files, they don't require the server to be rebooted, or services restarted or IIS restarted.
For EV9.0 Base (no service pack):

The client itself though is part of the EV10 SP1 media download that you would have to download from fileConnect or whatever it is they use these days
