Import PST with option merged/root folder (Locate/Migrate)

Hi,

I do not find the option to import PST files into root folder of an archive. 

Our customer does not want to get any shortcuts within its mailbox and only work over webui.

Is there a way to achieve this with locate migrate? When I look at the PST migration policy I only see the option "create shorctut in mailbox"

EV 12.2 , few hundred emailarchives (1,2 PSTs in average)

    Are you sure you're looking in the right place? When I open an Exchange PST Migration Policy, I see this page, which seems to have the "No" option you're looking for.

      Hi Chris,

      sorry for the missing details.

      We do have a folder where pst files already got imported. (old migration)

      And we want to keep the original Paths without having the folderstructure a second time within the archive search.

      So we can not define to not create shortcuts AND define to import the PST in root folder WITH merged folder structure. (as it is greyed out like in your picture)

      So that the archive appears just like in the old environment, without extra folders for:

      • each PST
      • each Import (first and second one)
