Index Service Error

Do any of you have any experince with this error;

Abnormal error occurred

Error: Exception occurred.

    Hi,

    Is this a one off, or all the time.
    Is it related to particular operations e.g. updates or searches etc.

    Does it happen on just this one archive.

    If it's more than just a one off I suggest you get a dtrace of indexserver and contact Symantec support.

    It seems to have started yesterday during a search with Compliance Accelerator.
    The Index Service was hung, and I could only stop it by running the taskkill command.
    We have regularly scheduled searches that run at night, and the issue came up again. I have rebooted the EV server and so far so good.
