Items not archived due to Policy

Hi,

While using PST migration "Locate and Migrate" I'm getting a message in the log for several PSTs:

items not archived due to Policy, how to tune the policy to migrate all items in the PST with a 100% success rate?

    Hello,

    The best way to approach is to open a PST which gives such a message. You will then see what is left. Then you need to ask yourself if you really want what is left in your archives.

    I can think of a few which might generate this:

    You're not migrating the Deleted Items. There are shortcuts in the PST. There are Drafts in the PST. Not all Messageclasses are selected in the PST Policy.
