Large Number of Mailboxes Not Processed in Enterprise Vault

Question

hi guys,i'm facing an issue with our enterprise vault environment,out of 2435 mailboxes ,around 2329 mailboxes are not being pocessed .all EV services and EV tasks are runnig normally .EV parition ia open and there re no obvious errors on the EV server .despite that ,the mailboxes are still showing as not proccessed .has anyone faced a similar issue before or can advise what should check next ?thanks in advance.

What would I do to find the issue is:

Check to see Exchange Provisioning report must be at "C:\Program Files (x86)\Enterprise Vault\Reports\Exchange Provisioning"

and check this Exchange Provisioning Task Report - Mailbox not processed as located on an Exchange Server that is not in the current domain

Hi SomiaHave you checked the pass/mailbox inside the archive task properties?what is the storage archive process number?what about the archive task reports says, like what are the most users consumes time during the archive schedule?do you have any other archive task on the same server runs on same task schedule ?
