License file issue

I've placed a new 14.2 license file on my EV server and get the event id 4213 stating the products I am licensed for. It also throws a bunch of error 4218's stating:

Required license not active. An Enterprise Vault license is required for the following feature but the installed license is not currently active:

I cannot find any information about how to even begin to resolve this. I've tried multiple new SLF files and I have been restarting the admin service each time. I need to keep this thing running until I can get it upgraded to a newer version. Any information on here to help me? I've removed all the old ones as well, backed them up to a different directory.

    Have you already opened a ticket? Or contected the licensing team?

    If I recall correct, you place the new SLF file in the EV program folder, restart admin service. Then the slf should be moved to a folder called license (I believe). If that happens, then it might be that your SLF is incorrect configured. Knowing EV, if you have an 'old' EV SLF file lying around, try that one. It might be that EV14.x accepts the EV12.x SLF file, so (for the time being), you should be fine. In the meantime you can work with the licensing team to fix the EV14.x license.
